- The functional zone is where the energy flows — perfect for bodyweight training. You’ll find ropes, kettlebells, boxes, and plenty more gear to keep your workouts fun and dynamic.
- The cardio zone is there for when you want to clear your head or warm up properly. Treadmills, rowers, and bikes are ready — find your own rhythm, your own vibe.

- The use of services starts on the day of your first visit to the club – you can make this visit anytime within 30 days from the club’s opening.
- If you don’t visit the club earlier, your membership will automatically start on the 30th day after opening.
Registration fee: CZK 200.
Membership at POSILKA is always valid for a two-week period and automatically renews every two weeks.
Cancellation is possible with two weeks’ notice, which means the membership will always renew at least once before it ends.
The minimum membership duration is therefore four weeks.
