How do I enter POSILKA?

To enter POSILKA, you need an active membership and the POSILKA app downloaded. After logging in, just scan the entry QR code at the turnstile.

Alternatively, you can use the MultiSport card – one free entry per day.

What should I bring to my workout?

Bring comfortable workout clothes, clean indoor gym shoes, a towel (one for training, optionally one for the shower), a padlock for your locker, and your phone to display your entry QR code.

Are lockers available during training?

Yes, lockers are available free of charge for all members. Just bring your own padlock.

Note: Items cannot be left in lockers overnight.

Can I train with a personal trainer?

Absolutely! Each POSILKA club’s website has a list of available trainers. You can contact them directly by phone or in person.

Personal training is not included in membership – each trainer sets their own pricing.

How do I get a POSILKA membership?

Via website: Click “New Membership” in the top right, choose a plan, set a start date, fill in your info (or log in), and pay.

Via POSILKA app: Download the app, choose a membership, fill in your info to create your MOJE POSILKA account, and pay.

What types of memberships does POSILKA offer?

At POSILKA, you can choose from 3 types of memberships plus a one-time entry:

  • Standard – One entry per day to a selected club
  • Plus – Unlimited entries to one club
  • Multiclub – Access to all POSILKA clubs
  • One-time entry – Pay per visit

From what age can I go to POSILKA?

You must be at least 15 years old. If you’re under 18, a legal guardian must purchase the membership for you online.

What’s the minimum membership duration?

Membership at POSILKA is always for a two-week period and renews automatically in two-week cycles.

You can cancel your membership with a two-week notice. This means your membership will renew at least once before it ends. The minimum membership duration is therefore four weeks.

You can cancel your membership at any time in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

In line with current legislation, every customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase. If you don’t use the service during this time, you’ll receive a full refund. If you do use the service, we’ll refund a proportional amount. In both cases, your membership will not be renewed.

How can I pay?

You can purchase your membership online through the “New Membership” option on our website or in the POSILKA mobile app.

Online payment by credit/debit card

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro.
Online payments are processed via PayU, which ensures top-level security using European 3D Secure standards. PayU is one of the top three most widely used payment providers.

Simplified online bank transfer – PayU

If you choose bank transfer during checkout, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment gateway where you can select your bank from the list.

Having trouble paying online with a card?

There can be various reasons why your payment didn’t go through. For details about a specific transaction, you can always contact your bank.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership yourself.

On the website: Go to your MOJE POSILKA member zone and select “Manage Account.” Then simply uncheck “Auto-renew membership” and confirm.

In the POSILKA app: Go to “My Profile” and cancel with just a few taps.

After cancellation, your membership remains active until the end of the current paid period.

Don’t forget to cancel at least 2 weeks before the next automatic renewal.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is successful, so please check that your email address is correct.

How can I update my contact information?

In the POSILKA app: Open the app, tap the user icon (top left), then select “Edit Profile” from the menu and update your information.

On the website (MOJE POSILKA zone): Click the user icon, go to the “My Profile” tab, and you can update your basic info, change your password, or manage your preferences.

Do I need internet to use the QR code for entry?

Yes, internet access is required to generate your QR code in the app.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all POSILKA clubs.

What if I forget my phone with the QR code?

Unfortunately, no entry is possible without the QR code.

Can I share my QR code with someone else?

No, never share your access with anyone else.
The entry QR code won’t work if shared. It can only be displayed through the POSILKA app. The app is blocked from being used on multiple devices.

Can I use a virtual MultiSport card to enter POSILKA?

Yes, POSILKA accepts the virtual MultiSport card for one free entry per day.

You need to have the My MultiSport app installed on your phone with an active virtual MultiSport card.
To enter POSILKA, scan the QR code generated by the My MultiSport app at the turnstile — and you’re good to go.
