Fill out the form and create a GYM account for entry with a MultiSport card. If you already have a GYM account and do not have a MultiSport card added, contact your gym reception or leave us a message.

  • one entry per day to one gym during its opening hours
  • unlimited training time

MultiSport Student card

  • unlimited training time
  • the card can be used a maximum of 4 times per month – unlimited number of entries within a day
  • for holders aged 15–18, written parental consent is required
